This is just silly. Running a University is a business. Running a Church is a business. If you think that everything needs to be above board and out in the open to be honest I think you're in for a lot a disappointment in your life. I mean, not even Obama can pull that off...

If you practice what you preach, I'm sure that you are car dealerships' favorite customer, because I think your "honesty" would cause you to get the raw end of any negotiation.
