Good for him! If we can't stop him, I don't see why he shouldn't.Ddawg wrote:He just said the politically correct thing. He hates BYU. Everybody hates BYU. If he can drive a stake into the Coug's heart - he will!!!!BigCougsFan wrote:I thought Gary said he wouldn't run up the score on us???

Right, otherwise they would have run the ball and run the clock out at the end of the 2nd qtr.kiwibacon wrote:Agreed and they need points to look better for the BCS.Ddawg wrote:He just said the politically correct thing. Re: TCU-BYU Game Thread
We have zero playmakers on defense until Bronco took over. Somehow, I don't think it's all on the players, but the two second and 2's and not making a first down either time. Overall, this offense is stumbling, fumbling, and falling........mizzoucoug wrote:So how many "execution" threads will there be after this one? If you people cannot see the Grand Canyon-esque gap in talent between us and TCU, USU, and the FSU's of the world then you are smoking something nice. Anae sucks, but we have zero playmakers on offense--Heaps included.

I think SenorCougar makes a pretty good argument here...especially because some of our talent on D is gone with injury or playing injured.SenorCougar wrote:We have zero playmakers on defense until Bronco took over. Re: TCU-BYU Game Thread
I think Heaps' inaccuracy and hesitation is a result of our sucky WRs. He can't trust his instincts or his receivers so the timing is always off. He never has any open receivers so when he does throw it downfield the odds of a pick are high.

Re: TCU-BYU Game Thread
Let's stop apologizing for Heaps, he should be further along than he is now, even with his crappy circumstances. Does anyone want to dispute that?
