There have been rumors of a game in Las Vegas 2022. His wording here is interesting.

Yeah that wording is interesting. Obviously BYU would prefer to play that game in Provo, but I guess having a game in Las Vegas is preferable to not having one at all. And it's a little generous for ND to say "we can play you 2022 in Vegas or when hell freezes over in Provo" and have that qualify as BYU choosing WHERE the game is played.
