Sounds like a great pickup. Did he have a brother play OL for us?

OL Ian Fitzgerald from Missouri State has committed to BYU. He has one year of eligibility left and was being recruited by many G5 programs (Boise State, Utah State, Liberty, et al) and reportedly Wisconsin.

He has got to believe he’ll be a starter if he comes here.

BYU adds DL Nuuletau Sellesin from Weber State as a winter semester transfer. He will be a preferred walk-on and comes in as a Sophomore with 3 years to play.

BYU signs grad transfer OL Paul Maile (1 year of eligibility left) from Utah--where he was the starting Center.

BYU adds All-American DB Eddie Heckard from Weber State. He had declared for the NFL draft, but will instead spend his final year of eligibility with BYU in the Big 12.

I'm liking the transfers that we are getting.
