Davies is our best player by a mile. He disappears because we stop passing him the ball. This year's team needs to feed the post better then get their looks from inside-out passing. W need to run our O through BD then let him feed cutters or spot up 3s. Change is offense, but it would work for this group of guys.

Agree. Davies needs more touches, but he's got to do a better job of not forcing things; just let the game come to him. He's going to get doubled all season long, needs to recognize that and do a better job than Jimmer did of getting the ball to open man when doubled.
Odds are, it will be either Noah or Abouo's man that will come on the help. Davies needs to make them pay and with both Noah and Abouo's shooting, Davies should make it a habit of hitting them for the open shot. Loved the back door cut Noah did early against Longwood. When the double comes either Noah or Abouo need cut behind Davies for a back door while the other rotate out to the perimeter for 3. That's money all day and either one of them can do that. If ran correctly, Davies should have 6+ assists a night. Davies just needs to be patient. If he passes and BYU connects for buckets defenses will ease up on the double.
