Welcome to CougarCorner. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CougarCorner website, forum, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by CougarCorner, LLC ("CougarCorner," "we," "us," or "our").

4. Community Guidelines

The CougarCorner name, logo, design, and original content are the property of CougarCorner, LLC. You may not use our trademarks or branding without prior written permission.

CougarCorner is an independent fan community and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Brigham Young University or any of its athletic programs.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

CougarCorner may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

8. Advertising

CougarCorner displays advertisements through Google AdSense and may include other advertising services. These ads help support the operation of the community. Ad content is provided by third parties and does not represent endorsement by CougarCorner.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
