I say this meaning as little disrespect to Mars and saywhat as possible: is every discussion concerning Davies going to morph into a veiled discussion of his HC issues, where those in the know talk about how disgusted they are with Davies/the HC Office without actually disclosing what he did?

If Davies did something wrong and hasn't properly resolved it, this isn't a forum that's going to change that. If the forums that SHOULD resolve it (i.e. his bishop and the HC office) are aware of the situation and have failed to do the right thing, posting about it here doesn't really solve anything either. If it's a legal issue, take it to the police. If it's a moral issue...well, I guess you could take some solace in the gospel principle that condemnation falls on their heads, too.

The Honor Code doesn't require you to report Davies. It calls on students to encourage others to keep the Honor Code. Maybe you'd be better speaking with Davies or someone who could actually work to help Davies. I'm sure his bishop would speak to you. You could probably get some time with Coach Rose.

Then again, if you called coach Rose, you're risking permanent hearing damage due to that whistle he keeps in his office.

I hope that someone gets this. :)

I know. I know I just need to let it go too. I know everything will be taken care of in it's own time even if people don't do the right thing now. I guess I was just hoping people would. I don't think it would make me feel any better then either.

I think he is forcing it. I think he really wants to be the man like Jimmer was, but he isn't. With Jimmer, it didn't really matter too much if he was double or even triple teamed, he would still put up huge points. Jimmer was the offense no matter what the opponents did.

Davies is not on that level. I agree with a previous poster that if Davies is one on one down low then he should take it to the hoop, but if the double comes then he needs to pass out of it. In the end, passing to open shooters will make Davies a bigger part of the offense, because of the assists and because teams will be reluctant to double team, giving Davies more opportunities.
