Some of the most disinterested defense BYU has played in years and that is saying a whole lot. We need an Emery out there to run the zone, which we don't have. Time to stick to man, Rose. This zone crap ain't cutting it. USF should never sniff 80 pts against us no matter where the game is played.

Austin made some important shots tonight. He seems to have a decent mid-range shot too.

This is what I have been thinking for weeks.

Also the WCC refs were really bad again tonight. The ESPN broadcast had no problem pointing out about 6-7 missed calls. They weren't even close and went both ways.

That was close...too close.



I like our aggressive nature, but shooting early on the shot clock nearly cost us that game. Take care of the ball.



We played great D in the first half. Winder was an animal, but we looked lost down the stretch on defense. Couldn't decide whether it was poor adjustments or the result of Davies and Noah having to play more tentative.



I would have put in Harrison before Cusick. Zylstra was a Don killer the last time we met, so I get that substitution.



Thank goodness for Carlino! Love the way he's stepping up and becoming a vocal leader. We need that. He, Winder and Davies all appear to be having fun out there and I like seeing that.
