agreed, agreed, agreed. Remember how good our zone d looked when we have rogers and demarcus in at the two and three. It was fantastic.



demarcus has long arms and is by far one of the most athletic on the team. it was sweet to see him so comfortable last night. he is going to be great once he gets comfortable.

the nice thing about defense and length (length is truly an asset in zone d) is that even when you're not on offensively, you can impact the game on D. This is why Harrison should have seen more time this year, particularly in games that were getting away from us.

And particularly when the others in front of him were shooting below thirty percent.

as bad as zylstra is he has been better on offense than demarcus. demarcus has looked lost most of the time. it was different last night. you could just feel that his head was in it and he was comfortable. you wanted the ball in his hands. our guards, aside from carlino, are not very good handling the ball and creating their own shots. demarcus will be very good. he just needs time.

Too bad Harrison is going on a mission next year. Our defense will be pretty sad next year without Harrison, Abouo, and Noah. The pieces we have coming in and what we currently have just can't make up for their athleticism
