1st half with Carlino in foul trouble we had no energy- other than from Haws.

2nd half we executed some great pressure defense and got a lot of easy buckets off of steals.

Davies wasn't great tonight. Haws was our offensive focus and Carlino had another good game.

We have a big game at Santa Clara tomorrow.

Seems like Carlino is the player that matters. We know what we'll get from Haws and Davies for the most part. But if Carlino plays well, we're very good. If he struggles we're a poor team.

I wish Carlino would be a little more aggressive and go to the hole more often. He is shooting very well right now though, which has pretty much saved the season.

Carlino is the glue and he's doing it on both ends of the court lately. 2nd half they switched him to guarding Banks who had 20 pts in the 1st half. I think Banks had one bucket in the 2nd.

Would like to see him take it to the hole more often but over the last 3 or 4 games, you can't really complain about his play.

Pepperdine played solid D against Davies. Even though Davies didn't dominate his presence is key to the offense.

Carlino has really stepped up his game since a very bad start. I'm glad to see it. Zylstra had another solid performance, and I saw some nice aggressive play out of Cusick too.
