Lone Peak vs BYU: The Poll

Ok. Here are the parameters:

- ONE Game - No best of three or five or seven. ONE game. Just like State Playoffs or the Conference Tournament. ONE and Done.

- College Rules & Lines

- NCAA 3pt line

- Seven Team Fouls per half for the Bonus

- 1-and-1 until 10 Team Fouls at the Double Bonus

- High School Timing

- Four 8-minute Quarters

- Three Timeouts per half

- Five Starters, Three Bench Players

- Played at venue of Lone Peak's choosing

- Game of H-O-R-S-E played 90min prior to tip off Between Nick Emery and Tyler Haws/Matt Carlino

- Three Dunk Contest between Mika and BYU's best dunker (Davies?)

Who wins?

Lone Peak squeaks it out.

I thought that Sharp was our best dunker....

There wasn't a "BYU by 40+" option, so I picked the next best one.

I took the opportunity to watch several videos after the Sharp highlights. It is hard not to get excited watching Lone Peak. When they all get here and byu can get 2 or 3 players to go with them we'll be very difficult to beat. Both Haws and Emery can shoot but they also are superior ball handler/play-makers. One of them was under the basket and 2 handed it to a teammate while the post player didn't see the ball till it was through the hoop. He must have thought he was at a Los Vegas magic show.

Sharp does look sharp.

8 minute quarters?

That would be a close game. BYU by 5, maybe? But I wouldn't be surprised seeing LP win this game, actually.

Now if it was 2 20 minute halves BYU wins by 30+.

{Carlino or Haws wins the horse game, and Mika beats the entire BYU team just by standing on the court and staring at the rim in a dunk contest. That would be like taking candy away from a candy hating baby.)
