Ok start back up the negatives. Dang we had our chances!

We just don't have any talent. Down year, close game, but I can't stand watching this team struggle so much especially when the game is given to them time and time again during the season.

My consolation - BYU has played the top 2 teams: St. Marys and Gonzaga down to the minute, had its chances to win, but came up short. Sad thing - Carlino a no-show. He plays well, we win. Seems like we don't have a clutch player who can take over the game during crunch time. It would also help if we shot free throws better under pressure. Who knows, if they learn from these two close losses, maybe BYU can pull upset in WCC tourney.

I can't be too upset, considering the disparity in talent between the two teams. BYU scrapped and fought and almost knocked off a very good team. Props to the players and coach Rose for the effort.



If anything, this gives me hope that maybe we can run the conference tourney and get that ticket to the big dance.
