Longhorns game

I'm feeling strangely confident about the game today. I believe that the O will look much better today. The o line won't look like Swiss cheese, hill won't look like he's running in mud, balls won't be dropped, passes will be on time and on target, and the d will keep doing what it does.



The feel of this game is very similar to the OU game. No one giving us a chance, including our fans. So I predict another 1 point win, 28-27.

I hope you're right. I'm excited for the game. Lots of upside here. A great opportunity to "right the ship" offensively. The tough assignment is, it comes against a disciplined and talented Texas. Still - the opportunity exists to quiet the critics.

I'm not entirely without hope. I saw enough last week to think we can have success. It's going to take a special effort, but I think we have special players.

I agree and we do have special players thats what keeps me coming back and why a loss like last week has such a sting.I am not real confident about this weeks game. I do however think they will play better even though the results may be the same.I will always be a Cougar fan.I will predict a loss fortunately I am almost always wrong whatever I predict the opposite usually happens.This is my attempt at a Jedi mind trick hope it works.One thing I know is we laid 50 on New Mexico State last year with our third string QB and I would be shocked if our Defense gives up 700 yards to Texas. So who knows thats what makes it fun.

Funny thing - weather forecast shows heavy rain heading north towards Provo. Chance of another rain game for the team? Hope we learned something from that game to install vs Longhorns.

Just checked the latest Vegas betting line. With the game almost ready to go, Texas is favored by 7.5 pts. That's pretty close.

KSL reporting "lakes" in intersections in provo and orem right now, it's raining so hard...

Game presently suspended - perhaps temporarily until weather clears up.

Are we living right off the field? I'm getting sick of the absolutely horrible weather 2 weeks on a row. Now I need to extend the DVR recording. Lets hope it stays on the same channel. This could be ugly for injuries as well. We need to catch a break.
