That is a game I wish I could have been there for, such a good looking group coming out of BYU tonight! Let's carry this through the season!!!! Go Cougars!!

I'm worried about Williams. That looked really bad. I hope his back is ok. The good news is we have a bye before the utes.

Big win. Here's hoping JSwag is back in two weeks. Hopefully he's just a little sore tomorrow, glad we've got a couple weeks to heal up. hoffman looks like he needs some more rest.

FWIW, Jamaal looks fine on the BYUtv postgame interview. He's just standing still, but no signs of pain or discomfort.

I really, really hope so.

Williams looked fine in his post game interview, so I think it's a non-factor.

I had a similar backbending episode once while wakeboarding when I was about his age. caught the front edge of the boad, next thing I know the board is hitting the top of my head, my feet still in the bindings. I couldn't move my legs for about 20 seconds. I was sore for a while, but not too bad. certainly 2 weeks later I was not feeling anything. Hopefully he's ok.

Is Leavitt ok? Saw him go down earlier and Povey wasn't great out there. Texas could have picked on him all night. Hopefully Sam Lee makes it back for the Utah game

Are you sure Lee is out for the year? Last I heard he was just working through some back issues but would be back soon, hopefully for Utah. When did they announce Lee was done for the year? Didn't think we'd see you back here now that Riley is gone.

Probably because BYU would have eventually figured that out and exploited it. Povey did a pretty decent job of keeping his guy from getting big plays. Which is probably all that was asked of him. you can't run the same play all night, and Povey was a case study of that tonight.

True.....but I still would have liked to have seen what Leavitt could have done in coverage. Makes me wonder if Leavitt got hurt as I didn't see him in the 2nd half

I would have.



TCU seems to be the only team that ever really took advantage of the 8 yard cushion we give. Glad we don't play them anymore.
