Greg Shaheen also did an outline on twitter of how locations and seeding took place. Awesome read. May have to go back a day or two to find the gold. This is the first year that after the first 16 (1 to 4 in each region) that the rest of the bracket was just filled in by the seed list, not compensating for geography or rematches (new bracketing principles).
