Bigger win than Oklahoma.... This is huge

[quote="BoiseBYU"]And what a way to go out for Manase! He looked faster![quote]

It wasn't official because it was wind aided.

OSU was supposed to have the speed to make us remember Florida State.

OSU had a 5-0 bowl streak going.

OSU had the all american Rogers boys.

We beat them in every aspect of the game. If #4 had played a little smarter in the 1st half, we could have scored nearly 50.

I am soooo sad I wasn't there in Vegas for an awesome sports day.

Go Cougars!!

Max Hall just cemented his legacy

This easily goes down as a top 10 season in BYU football history.

Agree on all of that, but wait, there's more.

This is the 2nd highest ranked team (AP 16) BYU has defeated in a bowl game. OSU is a team that does an excellent job of recruiting LDS polynesian players. This win could have a big impact on recruiting.

We've won three out of five Las Vegas Bowls, which is also Bronco's bowl record.

Which is also Bronco's record against :utard: , correspondingly. Is there something there? Does a loss to :utard: so disrupt our mojo that we can't recover for a bowl?

Truly a great game and a big win. This does play well in Peoria, aka recruiting field. Perhaps this is enough to sway Heimuli. ;)

I wouldn't say it's Bronco's biggest win, but certainly in the top 3. I'd say Oregon in 2006, Oklahoma this year and now this game all rank up there.

This puts this team in the top 7 or so of all time BYU teams.

And Bronco now has a winning record in bowl games.

Not many BYU coaches can say that. Good for you Bronco.

Bronco is the only BYU coach to participate in a bowl game every year he has coached. (HC)

Tonga had an absolutely AMAZING game! What a perfect way for the senior to go out after making his way back to the Y!

So... Does Manase have any chance of making an NFL roster as a FB?
