I didn't have a favorite moment, I had a favorite 4 1/2 hours. Our High Priest group leader is a Beaver alum ( we live in oregon) and organized a big group activity to watch the game. 4 people wearing beaver gear & 7 or 8 cougar fans. The game was so out of hand in the 4th quarter that we all cheered OSU's 2nd touchdown.

That was my fav too. The senior who has worked so hard and been such a great leader literally running over the guy. Too bad ESPN didn't put that on the highligts.

Scotty's INT was poetic after that bs call... this is football

He hit attacked the ball not the guy. He dislodged it and did what every safety is supposed to do. Inflict pain and dislodge the ball. Bad, bad call.

How about Jan Jorgensen carrying the ball for 7 yds on his last play for BYU!

Have you seen his rushing stats? That guy averaged SEVEN yards per carry his senior year :bug: :bug: :bug:

Where's the Heisman?

I enjoyed so much about this game--Tonga running over 2 defenders was pretty good.

Here's my favorite picture from the game:

Right on! 8) It was 2 chumps  ... Amazing run, and ESPN didn't do it justice by leaving it off the highlights.

Not sure what my favorite play was, but the one I think was most pivotal was the flag the ref threw for holding on the punt Chambers fumbled. No flag there and OSU is on the 1 about to make it 14-14. Instead, we drove down, got 3 and the rout was on. Huge momentum play in our favor. Huge.

That was absolutely "icing on the cake". My son and I rewound that play quite a few time to watch those two OSU DB's bounce to the ground as Tonga's clash knocked both of them flying.

Most excellent, and I agree that was one of the major highlights of the game because of who it was and when the play occurred.

I liked how heavily the seniors contributed. Hall, Pitta, George, Bauman, Jorgenson, Johnson, Tonga. Most everyone played a great game but the seniors stepped up big time.

Pendleton for sure. I loved being in the middle of section 104. Because of the wind we couldn't hear the band at all, but every score, started up our own section version of the Cougar fight song, another Cougar...first down, and so on. Enjoyed having our own little group identity, since the weather isloated us from the stands as a whole.

Too many to single out, but the 3d quarter TD to push the lead to 30-7 and shut down OSU was my favorite. I knew then that Bronco was going to show no mercy the rest of the night and the GAME WAS OVER then.

I love the smell of Victory in the LV Bowl.

Either way OSU was screwed, if they didn't make the blatant hold, then we block the kick.
