The purpose of hush money Is that it tends to make things go away. BYU (the organization) has tons of class and plays most things close to the vest. For example, when Kessman began running his mouth, there Were many in the athletic dept. and university administration that could have completely called him out for the real reason why he would be losing his scholarship and be suspended from school. But, as usual, they kept it quiet and let him run his mouth. It's the same thing with the whittinghams. Kryle knows he can trust the Y and the individuals who were given restitution.



Ask your friend for proof that it wasn't Kryle's son.



There is no proof THAT I CAN POINT TO to back up what I am saying. Basically, though, I am EXTREMELY confident in what has been posted here.

Sounds like you are saying that you have proof, but you just can't disclose it here... is that right? If so, is there anywhere I can find it?



Thanks for your response. Btw, I actually already asked my friend to prove is wasn't Kyle's son, he said he couldn't but that he also couldn't prove it wasn't a unicorn. About what you'd expect from a classless yewt...

The BYU fan who had his camera stolen was a relative of mine. I did not talk to him personally, but my son-in law did. Yes it was Kyles's son. Yes, the story is accurate as we have heard here. The Whittinghams asked him to quit taking pictures of their family, and he continued to do so, which was rude and stupid. I can even understand the emotional moment which caused Kyle's son to react the way he did. The thing that upsets me the most is the spin the media put on the incident which is that Kyle's wife was attacked by BYU fans.

Oh no, someone is taking pictures of me, I couldn't possibly walk away, I have to break the law and destroy his phone. What a baby.

After "doink", 4th & 22 (Lavell's last game), 4th & 18, Harline's still open", "by George ---", you can see why a Ute could be upset at the end of a Holy War game. That's at least 5 games we've pulled out on the last play or close to it in the last 12 -15 years.



But Post-traumatic psychosis notwithstanding, these Utes need to learn a little self control.

Lt. Arnold Lemmon with the BYU Police Department said they received two related complaints on Saturday. A BYU fan told police he was taking pictures with his cell phone when a member of the Utes' sideline staff grabbed the phone, and a cameraman was on the field taking pictures of the team when the same person demanded that he stop taking pictures. "Who that person is, we don't know right now," Lemmon said.

The department has a name and is investigating the two incidents, he said. No one involved Whittingham's family in any way, even though online message boards and sports talk radio have thrown the allegations into the public arena.

I'm going to put a disclaimer on my comments, with an apology if I was wrong. I definately saw images of the beginning of the incident, before the real scuffle began (as I originally reported). The action was as I first explained it to that point. After reading all the info that I have found, I wonder if what I saw was still images, and in my mind added the action? I'll certainly admit to that possibility. The fact that I saw the images still stands as reported, however.

The quote from Arnold was given right after the incident. The BYU fan didn't know Kryle Jr.'s name. It wasn't until later that the department "had a name" to investigate.



I'm telling you and your loser friend that the kid is Kryle jr.
