Percy Harvin has better stats and made more noise than Collie this season. If I hadn't paid close attention to what Collie did, I wouldn't realize that the value he adds to the Colts is more than what Harvin offers.

That's because he doesn't. The punt/kick returns really are extremely valuable to any team.
