NFL Draft: Max Hall

Just an observation but, no one (including me) believed that Austin Collie would do as well as he has done. I am going to leave my mind open because I saw Max grow up a ton last year and I think he has a good shot.... just sayin.

Not true. Many of us who have migrated from Cougar Blue were very high on Austin going into last year's draft and were very excited when he was drafted by the Colts. Once I saw him go there, I haven't been the least surprised that he's been so successful. I just don't see any situation where Max could go to a similar situation where he could enjoy similar success.

If anything, I think most of us were surprised he fell as far as he did before Indy picked him up. Some, though, we surprised he didn't fall far enough to break a leg.

Let's say Joe Flacco gets injured between today and tomorrow. Ravens draft Max, and all of the sudden he's in front of Beck in the draft chart....yeah....oink oink...flap flap...



I could see Max hall getting on a roster. But I think it's as likely as Beck winding up as a #3 QB in Baltimore.

if i'm an NFL GM i draft Max in the 6th or 7th round just due to his uncanny ability to generate exciting bulletin board material.

Could you make your rival draft him for that bulletin board material?
