FSU thread

Tanner and the offense looking much more confident in the passing department. Good to see. Unfortunately they haven't scored yet. Picking up 1st downs most of the time. Dissappointed that El-Bakri didn't pick up that 4th down.

BYU doing a great job of keeping the FSU defense on the field this drive. Then come out of the huddle with 12. Sheesh.

BYU gets points. This looks like it should be a really winnable game.... most years.

Almond actually made that FG. At least that is a positive.

I think that may have been the best first quarter BYU has had so far.

We're just not good in any aspect of the game.

I'm liking Ty's play calling in this game. The offense looks more aggressive than they have most of the year. It seems that since Kalani said that they were going to be aggressive, they are aggressive.

FSU starting to bring some pressure. Even with 4 guys they are getting pressure. Mangum isn't handling it well in the 2nd Q.

I'm pretty sure that FSU could get 4 yards rushing every play just because of their o-line push.

Receivers need to catch the ball when it hits them in the hands. There were at least 2 dropped balls on that last series that would have continued the drive.

Just in case you needed any more proof that Kalani and his staff have absolutely ZERO clue as to what they're doing, I give that last penalty. I've been actively watching football for 35 years and I don't EVER recall seeing that penalty before. We are completely clueless in ALL aspects of the game.



No wonder the players aren't playing hard. They know the coaches have no idea what they're doing.

BYU's receivers need to pull a double move and get down the field. Everything is being thrown underneath the defense.

Players play the way they are coached. There is little to no intensity because the players are being coached with little to no intensity. Also, I agree that was a stupid coaching mistake on the equipment penalty.
