Apparently the Tennessee job is not as good as Vols fans think it is. Kiffin bolted as fast as he could, and now every top candidate Tenn has approached has said no. Tough to win competing against Florida, Bama, LSU and Georgia, not to mention Auburn and Ole Miss. I think Tennessee needs to look in the NFL now, or approach Peterson at BSU.

There have been lots of rumors floating around the last 24 hours. Everyone from KWhitt to Cutcliffe, even Bronco's name was thrown out there in one article though I think the author must not have known anything about BYU or Bronco to really include him on the short list.

Haha, is that really the best they can do? I just love it that USC and UT have been reportedly turned down over and over again before they finally convinced someone to jump aboard their sinking ships.

I didn't know that they had contacted you, that really pisses me off! They called me and I told them that I'd talk to my wife and pray about it and get back to them by the end of the week, now I find out that they're still talking to other candidates at the same time!?

UT looks pretty desperate to me. That want to keep their recruiting class. Why didn't they offer Ogerdon or whatever his name was? Oh was it because he was calling the recruits to go to USC?
