Why can't the Vegas Bowl improve?

Absolutely. Not to mention it gives your time to get work days off approved, or find a substitute, or trade a shift or two, and to be able to plan everything it takes to pack up and leave the state for a day or three.

As long as the bowl's own contracted conference's fans keep ridiculing the bowl, it's never going to get any respect or improve.
