Since Hague initially wanted to be a safety---- the question arises: Considering the vacancy there after Scott Johnson, will they let Hague try out as a safety again? I haven't heard news re: Jray Galeai or Gary Nagy--- are they on missions?

I haven't check on Jray for a while, I know he plans on serving but not sure when. I'll get more info on him later today. As for Gary, to keep it simple, he now plays for U of Hawaii. It was not an HC thing either.

If Harvey is 100% healthy to start the season (unlike each of the past two seasons) and we see the kind of jump I expect to see from DiLuigi...

What do you expect of DiLuigi??? I had some resonable expectations of him and I honestly don't think he's came anywhere close to those. Mr. Butterfingers was actually good in the '09 season with not fumbling the ball, but other than that... He hasn't had much playing time AND hasn't done anything IMHO to deserve any playing time.

Sheesh, man. Some fans just don't forget. Chambers and DiLuigi have a couple of fumbles EARLY in their careers and nobody will let them forget about it. With the amount of touches JJ got last year, I thought he did great and showed how he can change the dynamic of the offense. He's a tough runner, even between the tackles, despite his smaller stature and he's so shifty so he can make a guy miss in a phone booth. He didn't fumble once last year so get over it. Max Hall fumbled it a bunch his first two years... Were you calling for his head too?

Quezada has had three fumbles already in camp. He'll never amount to anything. ;)

I agree wholeheartedly!!!! Man! I was wondering why we even offered this kid!!

(Good zinger Sno!!)

Since everyone probably thinks I'm anti-Mr. Butterfingers... I mean J.J. DiLuigi ;) . I honestly think the slot receiver could be the best place for him and he could spread that defense out.

He's definitely putting in the time to learn a new position. I love the hard work behind the scenes he's doing, “At the beginning of the meetings I go with Coach Anae to the inside receiver room to learn what we need to do for the day,” said Di Luigi. “After that I go back to my normal position room for meetings with the running backs. It’s a lot of work but I like it because it’s a new challenge for me, and it’s also a way for me to be more a part of the offense and help the team any way I can.”
