The following should clear up this issue once and for all.

I, haveing the username pwride, sent the actual pwride, having the username TheRealPWride, the following PM yesterday.



This is the honest truth.

I am actually buckingbronco. I fell into disrepute while posting on cougarblue. Most mainstream posters on cougarblue considered me a troll. So when cougarcorner sprang up, I knew I could not use the same name on the new site. I was considering a new name for my cougarcorner account, when I chanced upon a post written by kiwibacon. In the post, kiwi mentioned how nice it would be if “pwride” joined the forum. I figured if I took your name, this would give me immediate clout and credibility. I decided to perform a psychological experiment of sorts. I wanted to see how long it would take the users of cougarcorner to figure out I was not you. I had no idea it would take this long. I started out by writing fairly reasonable posts and then they got progressively more and more ridiculous. No one seemed to catch on, until you came along. I am sorry for using your user name knowingly. You can be pwride again if you wish. My account password is...

Wow. I could tie my mind in knots trying to figure out if the new pwride or the real pwride posted that, because you know, he did give the real prwride his password, so maybe this is the real pwride now trying to pose as the fake pwride to slander the fake pwride by having the real pwride log into the fake pwride account and post something alleging to come from the fake pwride apologizing to the real pwride when in fact it is the real pwride under his original pwride pretending to be the fake pwride thereby making the fake pwride look petty by associating him with a BSU fan.

From this exchange I was all excited that cougar legion still existed. then went to it, and the most recent article was from Sep 09, just after the FSU game. Oh well...

And now BuckingBronco is handing over the reigns of Pwride to TheRealPwride?



So now the old Pwride is both Pwride and TheRealPwride?



So in effect Pwride could have a conversation with TheRealPwride and even argue with TheRealPwride just for arguments sake. Pwride could now have an alter-ego named TheRealPwride kind of like Bruce Wayne has Batman. Think of the power that Pwride now has.

Cougar Legion isn't dead, its just on indefinite hibernation. When CougarLegion was in its prime, both of us were recent graduates and not terribly busy at work. Both of us have since found real jobs, moved into management, had kids, etc. I would love to write again but if I can't "execute at a high level" I dont think anyone will want to read it. Maybe some day. It is nice to know people actually read it, makes me want to write.

Still up, last update was right after the FSU game by Josh, the other writer. As much as it might look like we got disillusioned at that point, I don't think that was the case for other of us. I had just started considering changing jobs and Josh got a promotion.



Maybe once I settle into my new job (does that ever happen?) we can get up and running again. Now if we could convince Cruiser to get out of hiding... ;)
