Who the hell can honestly argue against Boise State? There have been dozens of articles written about them playing in the national championship game this coming season, none about BYU. As a non-BCS fan, this would be awesome. Only the incredibly jealous few can't see past that, and I feel bad for those types... Though I wouldn't call Sno "obstinate" per say.

You resemble your remarks. I posted an article, then you and others came tagging along like little brothers to try to argue. Jealous much of Boise State? You should be. BYU makes it a habit to get highly ranked every season before losing, often badly. Boise State makes it a habit of winning, almost every game, every season. They never lose games that they are expected to win, but they often win games that they are expected to lose (BYU, Utah, Oklahoma, Oregon State, Oregon, TCU). If BYU football were closer to BSU's level, the world would be a better place. And the little people with fragile egos wouldn't have to come on here and try to fight about simple articles posted online. And maybe Bronco Mendenhall wouldn't be making half the money that Chris Peterson is.

And yes, when BSU has a stadium half the size of BYU and pays their coach twice as much, it's interesting to note. And when Boise State is expected to make a national championship run this year, and BYU is expected by many to finish 4th in their conference, it's interesting to note.

What is a more impressive record against MWC teams, 13-1 or 29-3? I know straight division says 93% is better than 91% but which is really more impressive?



13-1 is BSU's record all time against the MWC (including as we all know a couple wins over the worst Cougar teams since the 60's....and one of those needed a Payne missed FG at the end).



29-3 is BYU's record in the MWC since Bronco pulled the team out of the dumps in 2006.



Donkey fans pull the 13-1 out of their butt all the time as evidence that BSU is better than MWC teams, but I really don't find it as impressive BYU's (29-3 last 4 years) or TCU's (15-1 last 2 years) or even yewtah's (13-3 last 2 years) recent MWC records.....especially since BYU's, TCU's and ewetah's records all include wins over each other respectively during great competetive years.
