What's Tom Holmoe doing with all this expansion?

Before Boise became a MWC, we only had Boise and Hawaii scheduled for our OOC play in 2013. Now it's just Hawaii(unless I'm missing something?), how do you figure we get a 13th regular season game?

The NCAA allows teams that travel to play at Hawaii a 13th game as an incentive to schedule the 'bows as well as an opportunity to recoup travel costs. We don't get a 13th game when they come visit us, but when we go to their place, we are allowed a 13th game.
