I don't really know why I bother, but the truth should at least be told, if not believed. Every national or conference power, BCS or non-BCS, has their patsies to beat up on every year. Some years each team has a tougher schedule, some years they have a breeze, but every conference has it's weak links, and BCS teams tend to pad their schedules with ooc patsies. Yes, I know that you can point out the tough ones, but every team schedules their Apalachian States (Nebraska rode their glory years playing 2 or 3 Weber States and Northern Arizonas every year). Second teir teams in mid major conferences are looked at as weak, no matter what they do, and their BCS counterparts tend to be looked at as only being slightly weaker than their mighty conference leaders, but it seems to me that the Air forces and Wyomings etc. of the MWC haven't been doing too badly against ooc opponents.
Airwolf, you want to call yourself a realist, but you are nothing but a troll, and your "realism" held much reality in it, only during the Crowton years. There is NOTHING wrong with Y fans wearing blue goggles, or with U fans wearing red goggles, or BSU fans wearing smurf blue goggles..... That is what being a fan is all about. Belittling them for being loyal (even if sometimes beyond reality) in the name of realism, is, at the very least, in poor taste and rude. Then you have the audacity to complain that real fans, who come onto this or other sites to enjoy discussing thier favorite team's accomplishments and prospects, are rude to you. You really need to grow up and go to a site where you can discuss your favorite team, instead of trying to make others miserable, for that is exactly what you are seeking to do, with your many put-downs irrational arguments.
I know that this will fall on blind eyes, and that you will continue to be as ignorant as possible to people who nave done nothing to you, for that is how a bully operates. You simply choose to do your bullying behind the anonymity of the internet. I only hope that those who are most affected by your bullying in reality clothing will be wise enough to put you on ignore.
