No, they joined FBS in 1996. Boise joined the WAC in 2001. So, almost twice 8 years....

And since Utah has only been relevant since 1994 or so...... they are about the same....

Poor Donkeys couldn't even manage that playing in the WAC. BYU is a program, Boise is a fad.

I was never a fan. But I greatly admire Peterson as a Coach. The dude can flat out coach. And the AD is pretty darn good too, especially at scheduling cupcakes....

Classy? Is that kind of like having their record setting quarterback in the game, throwing 50 yard bombs, with 1:05 seconds left and being up 45-7? Even the ESPN announcers mentioned that goes beyond the pail. I have less of a problem with it being the second or third team guys doing that, but 1st team? Come on.... The Yewts did such ( but not as flagrant -middle 4th quarter vs end of game) years ago and the starting running back got hurt and his season was over. One of these days, the opponent will give up a 15 yard flagrant personal foul violation to take your QB out of the game for the rest of the year.......
