Official BYU - Wash Game Thread

stopped for a two yard loss on 3rd! UW going for it on 4th down of course.

The ballgame rests on this 4th down attempt by WA. But I'm nervous.

4th and 7.

INCOMPLETE!!!!!

Way to go D!! My heart is racing and my hands are shaking.

9 yard rush by Nelson. UW takes their last timeout.

A first down and it's over.

Looks like BYU is going to win!!!!

Game ball goes to the D!

Good game. I enjoyed that.

123.3 passer rating for Locker. 54% completion. Those are the numbers of a heisman hopeful? Right!

Nelson should have lined up under center on 2nd and short for a sneak, but thank goodness he recovered after getting the first down. Exciting game.

By the way, is Utah State for real, or is Oklahoma for fake?

YEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ps hey purple good luck the rest of the way, I hope you guys win the pac this year.

First game that I have watched from start to finish in a long, long time. It felt great. The qb's were great and the D was awesome.

Tomorrow, I'm going to put the score up on the EQ board and tell them the Church is true and then the two :utard: will tell me that I'm confused.

And purplereign, your team played great also. G'luck the rest of the year. You have a great qb and a even better coach.

Both teams looked good tonight, both had moments of rustiness and early game jitters. I'm very impressed with BYU pulling out the win, and really tightening down on defense in the 2nd half. Proud of both QBs and what they did tonight and how they really celebrated each others success.

Go Cougars.

Obviously a lot can happen, but am I the only person who walks away from this game with a little more excitement for the rest of the season...but more importantly a LOT of excitement for the next couple seasons? Lots of young guys making their presence felt.

You made a good point there HW, the qb's were very happy with each other's success.

Congrats to UW for a good game. Congrats to our defense for putting up the goose egg in the second half. Can't wait for a highlight clip seeing as how i did not get to see but a few seconds of the game...cant wait for independence just so i can see games.

This game gets me excited, but how much was it BYU being good and Washington still sucks or are they really turning the corner and we were just better? We'll see.
