When you drink Coke off the field and work on Sunday, un-magic happens?

Classeless, Mars. That was a brutal hit and an agonizing 10 minutes watching it play out on the field. I hope he's back on his feet quickly and with no long term damage.

It's funny, I kept thinking that maybe some yewt would come onto cougarboard and say something along lines of making a sarcastic "magic happens" comment. Didn't expect to see it here! Even though I realize mars was just trying to be funny..

Mars has been very vocal about his dislike for the decision collie made to leave BYU a year early. I do not agree with him on that, but respect his viewpoint.

As to the hit, football is a collision sport. These things happen and are part of the game. It was a clean hit, just like the UNLV hit on Foote was clean. Hate to see any player get hurt, just hope the head injury is not too serious.

His bro tweeted at halftime after the hit that Collie was sitting up in the locker room drinking a coke. I'm not too worried about him.

I called it though- starting Collie cost me the fantasy win this week. 1 catch for -1 yards. All my other WRs sitting on the bench blew up (Steve Johnson!). My team ending up losing by 1 point. I can forgive him though.

The catch he got would've been good for about 20 yards had he not been given a concussion (which - you know - when you're knocked into one - makes it hard to hold onto the ball)
