Very slim options.

There is only 1 saturday play #1 seed and it is i nthe southeast bracket.

there is only 1 #2 seed that plays all games thursday or saturday--its in Anaheim and the west region.

Havent looked for the 3 seeds, bc I think we have wrapped up a 2 seed. Even if we lose in the semi game in vegas.

I would take anaheim anyday over, come to thnk of it I dont know where the SE bracket plays.

This is not true. Seedings and locations are not locked in. BYU can be any seed. They can move any "pod" to any Thur/Sat schedule. If BYU earns a 1 seed, it will be the easiest time the Committee has had in seeding BYU in a very long time. Because now they will be plugging teams around BYU as opposed to trying to make BYU fit somewhere.

I did a little searching, and I found a very strong case for BYU getting a #3 seed:

The only case for BYU earning a 3 seed would be dropping one of these last two games and then losing our first game in the UNLV Invitational.

So, I started this thread to see if anyone was as selfish/wussy as me (evidently not), but the real case for a #3 seed? Brandon Davies idiocy/selfishness giving every person on the committee reason to discount everything BYU has done to date come seeding time. The only way we get a 2 or higher now is if we run the table the next two weeks.

I always wondered if you were a prophet. Oh, I get it, you are a descendent of Lorenzo Snow? ;-) IN other words, good call.

And by the way, Kitic, thanks for that info. Of course a 1 seed might go up in flames and it might not matter.
