Have you guys been following the updates on Tyler Hughes coming back home to help coach up Bear Bachmeier? This staff is leaving no stone unturned in the QB room and it is showing big time on the recruiting trail. When you watch the way these guys develop talent and keep pipelines open, you know the future of the offense is in great hands. We are stacking serious playmakers right now and I cannot wait to see who signs next.

Saw that update on Tyler Hughes working with Bear. Honestly, having that kind of dedicated quarterback coaching in the pipeline changes everything for how we run our RPO game. You look at how the staff is managing the room, and it is clear they are planning for the long term. When guys like Bachmeier see that level of detailed preparation, it makes a massive impression on visits. Great to see the offensive staff putting in the work.

Having watched from Section 32 for thirty years, I have seen plenty of quarterback rooms come and go through LES. This staff knows how to build depth, and bringing in guys like Tyler Hughes to help mentor a talent like Bear is just smart football. We need that kind of steady, hard-nosed preparation if we want to compete week in and week out in the Big 12. Patience is key here, but you love to see the foundation being laid.
