This kid has been on a lot of radars for a while now. Fresno State and Cal should both be offering him soon as well, I would expect.

Like Quezada, he has pretty sweet hair.

MaxPreps has him listed as 6'6" 230 lbs. Anyone have any speed info on the kid? If he fills out, perhaps he could play D End as well. Love that height.

I'm not here to dog on any recruit, but I'm still trying to figure out the schollie offered to Alex Kuresa.

http://byu.scout.com/a.z?s=338&p=8&c=1&nid=4242695

I know he has the name, but a 5'11" QB, after the talented young QB's we have now? I'm just confused on giving him a schollie.

Any know anything or have any thoughts???

Add one more QB to BYU's Fall Camp, a local walk-on:

QB Jordan Brown 6-2/190

(Alta HS) UT

Offered by: Snow College, Dixie State

http://www.deseretnews.com/article/700021137/Neglected-Jordan-Brown-hopes-for-opportunity-at-BYU.html

" BYU-bound Brown missed 3.5 games in 2009 due to a shoulder separation, yet he finished with nearly 3,000 yards and 24 touchdowns with six interceptions in Hamilton's spread offense. That included a 416-yard, three-TD performance against Cottonwood and 343 yards and three TDs against talented Bingham.

"If he hadn't been hurt, he'd have thrown for 4,000 yards," said Hamilton of Brown's senior football campaign... "The other coaches I've talked to from around the state told me they believed Jordan was the best, most accurate quarterback in the state." "

By my count, this makes 7 QBs in Fall camp (Heaps, Nelson, Lark, Munns, Pulsipher, McEwen, and Brown).

BYU will never run out of good LDS athletes in Arizona to recruit.

Williams was offered by Air Force this week. His speed seems a tad slow for his slight lack of weight.
