I don't think top 25 yet. It takes awhile in hoops. Keep winning and beat Texas and Wichita State in Kansas City and then yes. Stanford middle of pack in PAC 12. This one isn't in the bank yet.

Well it was in the bank, till Stanford decided they knew how to make 3s. and BYU still struggling at the line. tsk tsk tsk. not a good combo at the end of games.

Stupid PAC refs

Pac 10.2 refs decided to show up. Like I said, we needed a big lead to beat them.

Carlino is a mixed blessing. Makes difficult shots but also takes crazy shots and tries to do too much by himself. When he does this he forces things which leads to mistakes.

This is a very solid road win this early in the season. A definite resume win come March. What is even more impressive is the short turnaround from Friday. travel Saturday, go to Church on Sunday and then put up 110+ on Monday. I refuse to say this team is "there" but love the direction they are heading this early in the season. Looking forward to heading down from Idaho and seeing this team in person in the MC this Friday.

Great win. We had them all game long, but they fought hard. Should be a good RPI boost because Stanford has some legit players. Good luck to them.

Can't help but think the Weber State game helped get BYU prepared to play tough ball. Impressive that they tied Stanford in rebounding (while on the road). They make FTs and blow out the Cardinal (a very big team with some outstanding players). This was on National Television - very impressive win.

Like they way BYU forced Stanford to play up tempo - these Cougs like to run and press. Hope they shore up their D on the 3.
