If course I can tell you it wasn't intentional. You have absolutely no evidence to suggest otherwise. Believing you know an individual's intent, without said individual disclosing it to you, makes you a) god or b) foolish at best.
The fact that it's not a matter of public discourse throughout the basketball community is proof that it's clear it was an accident, and not intentional as thus stated. To continue to perpetuate the libel makes you as thuggish as the one you chastise. Period, end of story.

Seems like a contradiction. If I'm reading this correctly, you just defined yourself as non credible... seeing as how you are demanding that you and only you knows the facts.
And your speculation (you've proven nothing except that by your own definition {e.g.-insisting on something makes you less credible} you are uncredible) is no more correct than any other speculation thrown out there so far claiming Kane DID gouge intentionally. What BYU fans have provided are pictures which show Kane with fingers in Mika's eyes and the basketball a whole 2 feet away from Mika's non moving head. How does Kane muster enough coordination to make it at this level if he's poking fingers first at someone's face but meant to hit a ball (usually your arms are coming DOWN while swiping you moron).
Take some of your own advice, chill, and realize that as a group of BYU supporters of course we are upset. We about saw our starting center lose his vision because an opponent decided to not go for the ball. Notice how I'm willing to even drop the whole going for the eyes. And if Kane can make it to D1 basketball, he doesn't swipe at the ball and hit someone square in a non-moving target (face) 2-3 feet away from the ball on accident. Not even a bottom ten utah player does that as poorly coordinated as they are.
I agree with Spiff, you're a troll, and a lazy one at that. Your claiming you are a "fan, ie fanatic, ie logic often need not apply" but you have a double standard which doesn't apply to BYU fans. Sounds hypocritical. Did Kane tell YOU he had no intent of injury? And I'm sorry, but if you are intentionally poking someone in the face (whether you intend to cause harm or no) you should have to face the consequences if harm does occur.
