Especially when your defense doesn't rotate fast enough. UNM was so open on their shots that I'd hit most of em. Terrible rotation by BYU and great perimeter defense by UNM on the other end.



I agree about the refs. Seemed the only calls BYU got were the obvious ones.



What a game by Loyd. I'd love 15-20 minutes a game out of that guy.

It was not a foul. Tavernari should have probably stayed remotely close to martinez, instead of letting him shoot wide open threes. That would have helped.

We sucked in the paint. No excuse for not blocking out on free throws and missing two easy rebounds. All we needed was one of those boards.



We'll be lucky to get a 6 seed in the NCAA tourney.



Lloyd had the game of his life. Can't say we would of won if Jimmer was in. Lloyd had just as many points as Jimmer averages in only half a game of play.

Offensive boards (BYU knew this coming into the game) killed BYU.



About the Noah foul. He shouldn't have taken that shot. He had a wide open Haws on the block because Darington had just rotated. Hindsight is 20-20 though.

Tough loss, but New Mexico is a really good team. Great game by Loyd Jr. He was very impressive. Block on Hartsock looked clean to me. They made one or two more plays than us down the stretch.

SMART play if you ask me. The defense gambled and almost game us a free layup. If Hartsock didn't get a good look (and by good I mean terrific) I'm sure Rose told him to kick it out for the 3. Like I just said, Hartsock should have drove and dumped er off to Haws who was wide open.
