Gotta love UW logic.

And you think your schedule has nothing to do with that? We would have won four or five games in 2008 if we played your schedule as the bottom half of the MWC is a far cry from even the worst PAC10 teams.
So a UW team that lost EVERY game it played in 2008, including five games by five or more touchdowns, would have won four or five games with BYU's schedule? A team that lost half it's games to teams with losing PAC-10 records would have had a winning record in 2008 with BYU's schedule.
Here was BYU's 2008 record. Please find me four or five wins.
Northern Iowa: They finished 11-2. Granted they're a D-1AA team, but I'm not ready to chalk this up as a win. But we'll give the Huskies the benefit of the doubt. 1-0.
@ Washington: Obviously they can't play themselves, but since they lost to BYU, they lose here too, and if it was a road game like it was for BYU, I don't think it's even close. 1-1.
UCLA: UCLA beat UW by 20 in 2008, which is acutally 39 points closer than UCLA was to BYU. 1-2.
Wyoming: The Pokes were 4-8 and lost by 44 to BYU. They also beat an SEC team on the road, something I don't see UW doing that year. 1-3.
@ Utah State: The Aggies were 3-9 so maybe the Huskies can sneak up on them. But then again, maybe not. This is a road game, something the Huskies haven't won in a few years. Tough call. 2-3.
New Mexico: Loss. I'll take Rocky Long and the 3-3-5 against an inaccurate thrower in Locker. 2-4.
@ TCU: If UW fans thought OU played defense... 2-5.
@ UNLV: The Rebels beat a PAC-10 team in 2008, something UW couldn't. 2-6.
Colorado St: The Rams won a bowl game and had a winning record. Average UW score against teams with a winning record in 2008: 45-12. 2-7.
San Diego St: Aztecs were 2-10. They'd be on the road. I'll give the Huskies this one: 3-7.
@ Air Force: Hmmm... another bowl winning team with a winning record...3-8.
@ Utah: Maybe the Huskies would have been as motivated as the Crimson Tide. 3-9.
Arizona: Of course this was a bowl game for BYU, which UW wouldn't have even sniffed, and I'm not sure the Huskies would want a second 34-point beating from the Wildcats. 3-10.
So Washington MAY have had three wins with BYU's schedule in 2008. Of course, I'm not sure we can tab that D-1AA game up as a win or the road trip to the Aggies. Bottom line: the 2008 Huskies were awful, bad and pathetic. They were not a good team in any way shape or form.
