Pitt is way overrated

Holy crap. Utah is GIVING this game away. It's like both teams are playing hot-potato with the W.

How bad do you have to be to go out of bounds with 3 minutes left in the game and only up by 3. This is really pathetic. But great for my 2nd favorite team tonight, the Pitt whatevers.

Pitt has the momentum here... Great ending regardless of what happens

How often we hear that the BCS team's running game (watch out for Lewis!) will be too much for the non-AQ to handle...BYU-Oregon, BYU-Oregon, Utah-Pitt games come to mind. If all you have is a running game (which was true for each of those plus more I can't remember) then you are in trouble when you play BYU, Utah, TCU, and Boise. Maybe teams in Big Least and ACC can get away with no passing game against one another but that doesn't fly out west.

Their D will carry them. Wynn needs to change his name or use a small "w" He has some work to do.

I heard that Cain had an awesome camp and looked a lot better than last year. Maybe Utah will end up with a QB dilemma too.

Spot on. Utah looked very good at moments tonight. My solace is that, for a solid quarter and a half, they looked totally vulnerable.



I know nothing about Utah's defense aside from their D-line, which I already knew was good going into tonight. How's their pass D? That freshman Pitt QB was looking impressive until that bonehead INT.

Pitt wins if they just make one less mistake of the 1000 that they made; but they are not a top 25 team; I saw talent at receiver and of course their tailback. The rest of their team is ho-hum.



The Big East is garbage; I'm almost glad that Utah eked by just to explose the Big Least even more.



Wannstedt got out coached in every way tonight too. That's saying a lot for a guy that lost 27-0 to UNLV not too long ago.

I thought their D looked pretty good tonight all things considered. The offense and special teams kept putting them in short field situations.

The LBs are the biggest question mark but I didn't see any terrible breakdowns from them. I thought the DBs were good except for the missed coverage on the long TD and maybe played a little soft a few others but all in all pretty solid I think.

Utah's offense has the potential to be so good but my hell they looked awful most of the 2nd half. Special teams were terrible too.

Lots of work to do for sure.

Pitt lost that game. Utah always gets lucky that way. Utah didn't win that, pitt lost it. chalk it up as one more lucky game. good thing they don't get lucky against us like that.
