Tackling issues and getting things fixed before Tempe

Having watched from Section 32 for thirty years, I have seen our defense go through plenty of rough patches, and this recent stretch with missed tackles is just the latest hurdle. Patience is key here. Kalani and the staff know how to get guys back to the fundamentals, especially in open space. I still love the intensity guys like Cade Uluave bring every single snap, but we simply have to wrap up better if we want to slow down Arizona State on the road. Offensively, we are moving the chains well between the 20s, yet those red-zone stalled drives keep leaving points on the board. Good response by the staff all week in practice, so let us see how they execute Saturday.

Section 32 is a great spot, but man, watching those missed tackles in person can be so frustrating. We definitely need to wrap up better, especially with the speed ASU has on the outside.

Anyone else heading over to Tempe for this one? We usually meet up at that spot near Mill Avenue before walking over.

Tackling has been an issue all season, and in fact multiple seasons. I get that it's one of the harder things to practice when trying to balance health and fundamentals, but the team needs to tackle surely and not just hit or push and hope a guy goes down.
