Man, I am getting so hyped watching tape on Delaney Gibb as we get closer to her junior year. She plays with absolute fire and her court vision is next level. The Big 12 is totally unprepared for what she is bringing to the floor this season. Kevin Young and the staff have built an incredible culture, and seeing our guards play with that kind of pace is just pure fun. MC is gonna be so loud every single night.
Agreed 100 percent. I caught a couple of her games on broadcast down here in the Valley and she just commands the floor. Kevin Young has this entire program moving at a totally different speed now. MC is going to be an absolute blast to watch this winter.
The efficiency metrics backing her up are legit. If you look at her assist-to-turnover numbers and usage rates from previous tape, she processes the floor way faster than most guards coming into the conference. Kevin Young's offensive scheme relies heavily on that kind of pace and decision making. If her shooting splits hold up against Big 12 length, the projections are gonna look real nice by January.
